DARM offers a hands-on, bespoke property management service in London, ranging from a single property to large portfolio’s for a fixed monthly fee from £75 per month, per property. We do the hard work for you, from chasing rent, inspecting the property and taking calls from your tenant whilst keeping you updated in a proactive and friendly manner through a single point of contact, offering you clarity and peace of mind. Clients can be as involved as they want to be with the day to day running of their portfolio.
Appointing a property management agent will free up your time and allow you to harness the expertise of a dedicated team of experts to get the most you possibly can out of your investment. We also offer additional services to help optimise your investment whilst lowering risk; Rent Protection up to £100,000 (T&C’s apply), Free Utilities during void periods (T&C’s apply).

Find Tenants
We’re not letting agents but we have a panel of agents across London who have agreed to offer our landlords preferential rates. We also assist with adopting conventional letting methods to further reduce your tenant find fees. This means you pay a reduced finders fee and, really importantly, NO RENEWAL FEES. This gives you more choice of tenant and real cost savings.

Manage Your Property
We will fully manage your London property from A to Z for a fixed monthly fee. All administration is in-house and we keep you and your tenants in the loop. We do this from a landlord’s perspective, optimising your investment and seeking to deliver a great service to your tenants.

Maintenance
We protect your investment with a team of experienced in-house team of tradesmen and vetted specialists so we are able to provide a higher level of service with a guarantee at competitive rates. We are transparent so if you have your own contractors, we will be happy to arrange with them directly.

Landlord legislation keeps changing. We stay across this, keeping you up to date and therefore always keeping you compliant.
What’s Included
Rent Collection
We will collect the monthly rents from the tenants and forward it to your bank account on a monthly basis. All deposits are secured and insured through Client Money Protect (CMP).
Property Inspections
As standard, we will carry out property inspections on your property every 6-months to ensure your property is kept in tip-top condition.
Maintenance & Repairs
We will liaise with all parties involved to amend any issues with the property through our in-house construction & maintenance team automatically, up to the approved maintenance limit on account, usually £500 - for larger works, we will quote you and await your approval prior to starting any works.
Legals
We will track all of the landlord certificates as well as update you on any new legislation, ensuring you remain compliant. We will draft any legal paperwork and act on your behalf during any disputes (additional costs).
Single Point of Contact
You will have a single point of contact for all of your property affairs, whether it is one property or a portfolio to give you clarity and peace of mind.
